We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the coating industry, particularly in resin products, to join our client team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, penetrating new markets, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by increasing current sales volumes and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and penetrate new markets to expand the companys customer base and market presence.
- Provide technical and quality-related support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Analyze and monitor market trends, identifying potential opportunities and threats, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement effective sales tactics to influence both potential and existing clients using deep technical knowledge.
- Act as a liaison between the company and customers to manage expectations and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Uphold a professional image through appearance, behavior, and communication, representing the company with integrity at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the coating industry, with a strong focus on resin-based products.
- Demonstrated success in sales growth, market expansion, and customer retention.
