Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to engage and grow our audience.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth SEO analysis and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor campaign performance and website traffic, providing actionable insights.
  • Analyze advertising results and present detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, gaming, and advertising technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Drive creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences, particularly in the gaming sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.
  • A masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in social media management, ads management, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in the gaming industry or a deep understanding of gaming audiences is a significant plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with additional marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
