Role Overview:

We are urgently seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Product Specialist / Product Manager to drive sales growth and product expansion within hospitals and Operating Theatres (OT). The ideal candidate must have prior experience in medical device or healthcare sales and be comfortable providing clinical case support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals
• Provide case support in Operating Theatres (OT)
• Identify new business opportunities and close sales deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and coordinate invoicing processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in medical devices or healthcare sales (senior level)
• Strong sales track record
• Comfortable working in hospital and OT environments
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in Mandarin, BM, and English (preferred due to client base)
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
